The Level L38’s cardioid behavior minimizes off-axis sound by 8 dB, particularly in the mid-low frequencies, which reduces unwanted reflections and enhances listening clarity across the space.

Two installation models, the L38 Wall and L38 Ceiling, allow the speaker to be mounted between 8 and 15 feet high, with a 90-degree dispersion pattern beneath the speaker. This design enables clear, direct sound even for listeners directly below, while the cardioid pattern helps prevent sound reflection onto ceilings, providing an optimal listening experience.
